Refunds and cancelling

The plan opens as soon as you pay. At checkout you ask for it straight away and confirm that you lose the 14-day right to cancel once it's shown, so we don't give refunds for a change of mind.

If something is wrong with the plan itself, for example it's for the wrong certificate, it won't open, or it doesn't do what we describe, email hello@getplanc.co.uk within 30 days. We'll fix it, or refund you in full if we can't. Paid twice by mistake? We'll refund the duplicate.

A portfolio, £9 a month

Cancel any time from your plans, using “Billing, invoices and cancelling”. Your portfolio stays open until the end of the month you've paid for and no more payments are taken. We don't refund part months. If you were charged after cancelling, email us and we'll refund it.

How refunds are paid

To the card you paid with, through Stripe, within 14 days of us agreeing it. Your bank may take a few more days to show it. None of this affects your legal rights; see section 6 of our terms.
